The Job Depot opens in a modal window. See Modal Windows/Dialogs.

Move the jobs to the job depot to have a better overview in the list of finished jobs. In addition, you can also use the job depot to export the job data to external hard disks by specifying these hard disks as the target folder for the depot.

Jobs stored in the depot can be reprinted if required. The jobs can be deleted permanently when they are no longer needed.

You can find general information about the job lists in:

Note: If a paused job is in the job depot, it is automatically moved back to the spool directory when processing starts.

To move one or more jobs to the depot, mark them in the "Finished Jobs" list and select "Move Job to Depot" in the context menu. The selected jobs are stored.

In the "Depot", you can now view these jobs, reprint or permanently delete them.

Automatic Storing of Jobs

When you check the "Transfer to the depot after" option in "Administration > Prinect/JDF Configuration" area and set a time in the text box, all the processed jobs will be stored automatically in the folder set in "Depot Directory" when this period has expired. See Prinect/JDF Configuration.
