Shift Report and Release shift report

Brief Description

The shift report makes it possible for print job managers and pressroom managers to check and approve the recorded times and quantities at the end of a shift.

The two widgets "Shift Report" (for print job managers) and "Release shift report" (for pressroom managers) are provided for this purpose.

Functions

The shift report offers print job managers and pressroom managers the following functions, among others:

•Displays the recorded times and quantities (target and actual values) of a shift.

•Displays the logged-in operators (print job manager and assistant) of a shift.

•Displays the processed operations of a shift.

•Identifies and displays the KPIs (key performance indicators): good sheets, waste sheets and production time.

•Clear overview of the recorded times and quantities.

•Option of approving (release or rejection) the recorded times and quantities.

•Enter comments before approval

•Track shift reports of the last 30 days.

Additional functions for pressroom managers

•Displays the shift reports of one or more presses.

•Separate approval of th shift reports.

Widget for the Print Job Manager

The "Shift Report" widget lets print job managers review and approve their shifts for a specific period of time.

The small tile displays information about the shift currently running. If print job managers want access to the widget, they must log in with their user data.

Widget for the Pressroom Manager

With the "Release shift report" widget, the pressroom manager can check and approve the shifts of the print job managers of one or more machines.
